Our first release is coming soon and we are not accepting orders yet. Release-specific return instructions and any change-of-mind terms will be confirmed before checkout opens.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from its description, contact Kaiju Sun with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Nothing in this information limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to eligible purchases. The appropriate remedy for a faulty product depends on the problem and may be a repair, replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are separate from these rights.
