Terms & Conditions

This is the official Kaiju Sun website for brand information, designer kaiju toys and release announcements. Our first release is in development. Coming Soon pages are previews and are not open for orders or preorders.

Final product photography, prices, materials, dimensions, edition information and shipping details will be published before orders open. Artwork and placeholders on preview pages do not represent final product photography. Release details may change during development. Read the final product page and checkout information before purchasing when sales become available.

Please use our Contact page for brand and release enquiries. Our Shipping and Returns pages explain the current prelaunch status and how order problems will be handled. Nothing on this website is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Ordering terms will be finalised before checkout opens.
